The major value we provided for this project was flexibility and breadth of service, as we provided full-service FF&E solutions for the entire project. To give the client options, we quoted- and ultimately ordered and delivered – multiple lines of furniture and a variety of other products from multiple manufacturers. Not only did we assist in making space outfitting recommendations, we also coordinated and completed deliver, installation, and debris removal.
Technology Solution:
Using our proprietary project management database, we tracked all purchase orders and created delivery tickets for the warehouse. The benefit? The client had complete visibility and tracking capabilities for every shipment, including damage reports and replacement order status.
