  • U.S. Apparel Company | Global
This popular American retailer sells casual wear and operates over 300 stores in the United States. They are also expanding on a global level. The challenge was managing JIT delivery of brand specific owner supplied construction materials and store fixtures, manufactured in the U.S., Europe and Asia, to new store locations in 15 countries. GWS implemented a proprietary asset and load management system within the areas of which the fixtures and construction materials are produced. The customer received accurate tracking and visibility of product throughout the supply chain, as well as financial reconciliation of product purchased and sold to retailer’s entities across the globe. As a result, all 15 new stores opened on time.
