XPM is our proprietary project management system built exclusively around the unique needs of the Hospitality industry. A PO will import into XPM once a design selection has been made by the client and the purchase order is initiated. GWS then begins contact with the manufacturer and coordinates the freight schedule to coincide with the construction schedule. GWS will engage the warehouse or JIT hotel receiving agent and will continue to track the shipment. If the shipment comes to the warehouse, we manage the PO and upload the data into XPM. Daily inventory and tracking will be available to the client. Finally, GWS will coordinate the installation schedule and through XPM, inventory will be brought to the site. XPM will track all details throughout the lifecycle of the project.
