XPM is our proprietary project management system built exclusively around the unique needs of the corporate client. After completing an analysis of specific corporate challenges and user platforms, we developed XPM as a tool to work within the framework of current work order, CAFM and GIS systems. XPM helps obtain accurate baseline reporting for MAC and Project work. XPM can analyze current work orders, CAFM and GIS systems and how they relate to the process. XPM provides complete integrated services with GWS clients’ work order systems. When a work order is placed, the information will upload into XPM, allowing for real time visibility to purchase order receipts and deliveries. This technology maintains all move management activities including dates, locations, and reservation information for reporting on single, project, group, and non-standard moves. From a reports module, clients can customize reports for all of the information that is collected. XPM will control all invoicing in addition to project management and reporting.
