GWS analyzed its approach to quality by studying quality concepts such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000, and Deming's "Total Quality Management." After reviewing and considering these recognized quality processes, GWS developed its own customized process, Proactive Quality Management (PQM), based on Deming's five components of a quality program. Additionally, GWS has a committed team of Six Sigma certified leaders to work within our market segments.
